RATES
All room rates quoted in US Dollars per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to 7.5% Barbados VAT and 10% service charge. Children 12 and under are free of charge sharing with 2 full paying adults. Extra person when sharing pays additional US$ 30.00 per night.
POLICIES
A three night deposit is required to guarantee confirmation. Deposits for shorter stays will be charged accordingly.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival for period December 22 - Apr. 15, and within 14 days of arrival for period April 15- December 21.
The full deposit is forfeited in the case of no-shows and early checkouts.

Fully fitted bathroom with rain shower.
Ocean View Suite: One king size bed, iPod-docking station, AC, Private balcony or terrace with ocean view. Living area with double sofa bed. Flat-screen cable TV. Kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. Fully fitted bathroom with rain shower.
